We are excited that you have chosen to host your destination wedding for 2 (two) nights at our exclusive tropical getaway, The Caribbean Resort, on ________________________________________________________________ This wedding agreement is entered into on ________________________ by the: “Lessor”, The Caribbean Resort, 117 S Carroll Street, Islamorada, Florida 33036 and the “Lessee”, ____________________________________________________________ “Lessee” is responsible for all home rate charges including taxes on any stated houses listed Harbor House, V6, B1, C1, C2, D1, D2, E1, E2, F1, F2, O1, O2 that are not occupied by guest(s) during the rental dates specified above; each home must be a minimum of 2 (two) night stay. “Lessee” is aware All Events will take place outdoors and will be responsible for their own caterer, entertainment, florist etc, and must provide “Lessor” with names of all Vendors entering the property as well as provide our office with Certificate of Liability Insurance up to $1 million USD. “Lessee” is responsible for clean-up of wedding activities. For safety and zoning reasons, all vendors and guests must park vehicles in the vacant lot adjacent to resort the day of event. Vendors must pick up trash and remove trash off property within 24 hours of event. No cooking indoors. Tables, chairs, and tent must be completely removed the day after event. Vendors to sign separate agreement with The Caribbean Resort. Music: NO amplify music after 11 pm. Please note that all outdoor bands, amplified music, and entertainers on all approved commercial properties for Monroe County, Florida are between the hours of 7 am to 10 pm Sunday through Thursday and 7 am to 11 pm on Friday and Saturday. Pool Area is open 8 am to 10 pm. No glass containers. Furniture is NOT to be moved. An off-duty Police Officer will be provided by the “Lessor”. Deposit of $1,000.00 is due upon signing of this agreement to reserve all 13 homes listed above and will be applied towards “Lessee” home of choice at check-in. Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is 11 am. All total balances are due and payable at time of check-in by your guests and or “Lessee” per this agreement. Cancellation Policy requires a 120 day minimum notice prior to your arrival date or the Deposit of $1,000.00 is non- refundable. Prohibited on property: no pets, no jet skis, no inflatable beddings of any kind, no smoking inside of homes. Weather; In the event that a Tornado Warning, Hurricane Watch or Warning Evacuation is issued for Monroe County, Florida Keys by the local, state or federal government during your event than both parties shall not be liable and have the right to terminate this agreement and “Lessee” shall receive a full refund of all deposits.
