• Committees provide technical review and feedback to the colleges

Planning and Budgeting Council• Focuses on educational and resource

priorities, Board Policies, Administrative Procedures, and integrating planning and budgeting

• Reviews recommendations from the subject area committees.

• Makes final recommendations to the Chancellor.

Planning and Budgeting Council:

• Provides oversight on the Strategic Plan and annual operational planning

• Recommends a coordinated, District-wide approach

• Recommends resource priorities across colleges and subject areas
