PILCRIMACE TO THE 91st VRS CELEBRAT1ON OF SUFI FEBRVARY 2 - 1 1, 2 0 1 8 ~ 1 N D A Beloved Ones of God, join us in pilgrimage together to the roots of our lineage in Mother India. In 1910, Hazrat Inayat Khan left India to plant the Sufi Message in Western hearts and soil. He passed February 5, 1927 and was buried in the Hazrat Nizamuddin neighborhood in New Delhi. February 2-6 we will visit sufi shrines and holy places and participate in Hazrat Inayat Khan's Urs Celebrations at his Dargah (tomb/shrine). On February 6 11, we will retreat to a beautiful rural setting on the outskirts of Delhi, to deepen our practices together and let India come to us. The Urs Celebrations are a mini music festival and we will continue evening concerts at our rural retreat. The Program • We welcome participants from all over the globe. You must make your own travel arrangements. Arrive at our hotel in New Delhi by Thursday evening, February 1, 2018. Our program begins the morning of February 2nd, and we will close with breakfast on Sunday morning, February 11th.

Throughout the program there will be morning raga classes and Sufi teachings, with Dances of Universal Peace and zikr. We will participate in three days of Urs activities, including Indian music performances, Qawwali music, the Urs Celebration Day, and presentations by Sufi leaders and local Sufi pirs. We are honored to welcome teachings from the illustrious12th Tai Situpa Rinpoche, sharing his lineage wisdom, humor and the blessing of his presence.

While in Delhi, we visits dargahs of Hazrat Inayat Khan, Hazrat Khwaja Nizamuddin Auliya, Hazrat Amir Khusrau, Pir Vilayat Inayat Khan, Hazrat Khwaja Qutbuddin Baktiar Kaki, Hazrat Bibi Fatima Sam, as well as Humayun’s Tomb, the precursor to the Taj Mahal.

For the second half of the Pilgrimage, we have found a beautiful rural retreat setting on the edge of Delhi, green and meditative, to have more of an opportunity to turn within, with elements of India coming to us, including Indian Classical music concerts.

Accommodations • In the first half of our Pilgrimage, we stay at a comfortable hotel in a quiet neighborhood located within walking distance to the Dargah of Hazrat Inayat Khan. Rooms have a private bathroom, and wi-fi. Delicious buffet-style brunch and dinner are included. Our meals are specially prepared for us and will include healthy vegetarian and non-vegetarian entrees. In our rural setting we will have comfortable accommodations and three delicious vegetarian meals a day.

Tuition & Land Costs Only • US $1,850 does not include airfare

Tuition includes all activities and outings, double occupancy room, and some triple occupancy at the retreat center. There are a few private rooms for an additional cost of $600 on a space-available basis. Also, youth tuition discount is available.A non-refundable deposit of $350 will reserve your place. The remaining $1,500 is due Dec 8, 2017.
