TORONTO HEAD AND NECK IMAGING COURSE June 11, 2016 CME PROGRAM The treatment of head and neck disease involves a mul- tidisciplinary team approach. Medical imaging plays an important role in initial diagnosis and staging of disease as well as post therapy surveillance. There is a substantial need to provide imaging and associated clinical practitio- ners involved in the care of head and neck patients with core basic information regarding the radiographic anato- my of the extracranial head and neck as well as the clinical and imaging findings of the various diseases. This program includes a structured review of some of the more common clinical entities that are encountered in both community and tertiary radiology practices as it pertains to head and neck disease. The treatment of head and neck disease involves a mul-tidisciplinary team approach. Medical imaging plays an important role in initial diagnosis and staging of disease as well as post therapy surveillance. CONFERENCE OBJECTIVESAt the end of this program participants will be able to:
