Can physical properties changed become chemical properties?

No, it cannot. Because in physical properties that will occur are

the nature an composition of the substance remained unchanged. And the physical changes are temporay in nature. And physical properties doesn’t change into a new matter. Example : Density, colour, phase, and solidity.

The other, chemical properties is used to explain the ability of a substance to change into other dissimilar substance. But physical properties can influence chamical properties. Example : emerge of electric (physical properties) at storage battery (chemical properties) is a one process.
