Later He joined Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Bronx, NY for the second postdoctoral training (2003-2006) and then was promoted to faculty position (2006-2008). In July 2008 he joined Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein Cancer Center, New York as a faculty. During his doctoral and postdoctoral period, he has worked in the areas of microbiology, cell biology, nano-biotechnology and cancer biology. He has gained extensive experience working with several mammalian cell lines during his last stint in New York. Ravi has about 40 publications for his credit.
