    1. What is the name of the programme, duration and who offers and what is the intake?

    Name of the programme is Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP) and is a two-year regular and fulltime academic (non-residential) programme offered by IIM Indore, India atMumbai (Maharashtra), India. The number of participants will be limited to seventy five.

    2. What certificate will be issued?

    Upon successful completion, the candidates will get a certificate named Post GraduateDiploma in Management (PGDM) from IIM Indore (India) and is recognised by Associationof Indian Universities (AIU) as equivalent to an MBA in India.

    3. What are the academic contents of the programme and programme structure?

    4. What are the minimum eligibility requirements of the programme?

    a. Bachelor Degree: 50% Aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA (45% in case of thecandidates belonging to SC, ST and DA category)

    b. CAT 2013:

    (OR)c. GMAT: Overall score of 650.

    (GMAT scores obtained during January 1, 2012 and December 31, 2013 is onlyvalid)

    5. Is the Programme portable?

    The programme is not portable. The candidates admitted for PGP at Mumbai are required tocomplete the programme at Mumbai only. To give PGP @ Mumbai participants a feel of campus

    life, they visit (preferably IV term) IIM Indore campus for a term of three months. During thiscampus immersion, the participants would take some elective courses along with the PGPstudents of IIM Indore.

    6. What is the application procedure?

    Candidates shall apply online in the prescribed format given at the link www.iimidr.ac.in

    7. What is the application fee?

    Rs.1,000/- (Rs.500/- for SC/ST candidates). Application fee in the form of a DemandDraft/Bankers Cheque for Rs.1000/- (500/- for SC/ST candidates) for those who are applyingthrough CAT whereas US$ 250 for those who are applying through GMAT drawn in favour ofIndian Institute of Management Indore payable at Indore need to be send to AdmissionsOffice of IIM Indore so as to reach latest by June 6, 2014 . Please write your name, programmeapplied for and date of birth on the backside of the DD before sending it to Admissions of IIMIndore. Application fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.

    8. What is the Programme fee?

    The programme fee is Rs. 7.5 Lakhs per year. The fee include tuition and limited study material

    and it does not include hostel, medical .9. What are the admission process and selection criteria?

    Candidates meeting the minimum eligibility requirement need to apply (ONLINE) separately forPGP at Mumbai on or before June 6, 2014 . Eligible applications will be considered forshortlisting for written ability test and personal interview based on their overall performanceassessed through parameters viz. academic records of recognized qualifying Bachelor Degreeexamination, SSC and HSC/equivalent, scholastic achievements, work experience, performancein CAT 2013 or GMAT ( Score obtained between January 1, 2012 and December 31, 2013 ).Final selection will be based on overall performance in CAT 2013/GMAT and performance in

    Written Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI).

    10. The admission process is as follows:

    Step 1: The candidates satisfying the minimum eligibility requirement shall apply online in the prescribed format. The format is available on the web link : www.iimidr.ac.in

    Step 2: Based on the applications received, shortlisted candidates will be called for WAT and PIduring June 28-30, 2014 .

    Step 3: Final selection will be based on overall performance including CAT 2013/GMAT, WATand PI. Finally selected candidates will be intimated by IIM Indore about their final selection.

    NO INDIVIDUAL COMMUNICATION WILL BE SENT TO CANDIDATES THOSEWHO ARE NOT SELECTED.

    Step 4: The selected candidates shall send their acceptance of admission offer along with a non-refundable commitment fee of Rs. 100,000 to IIM Indore.

    Step 5: The candidates will be formally enrolled and admitted after satisfying all therequirements, submitting the necessary documents and papers in original and copy and payingthe prescribed fee and will be permitted to join the programme at Mumbai, which is scheduled tocommence on Sunday, August 10, 2014 .

    11. What are the specializations offered?

    Besides the functional areas offered in the first year, candidates can choose suitable mix ofelectives during second year. The focus will be Consulting, General Management, HumanResources and Investment Banking

    12. What are the programme class timings?

    The programme will generally be conducted from 11:00 am to 4.00 pm, five days a week. The programme timings can also be extended up to 6 pm for syndicate sessions, group discussionsand presentations depending on the academic requirements. There can be changes in generaltimings as well if situation so warrants.

    13. What are the academic schedule /calendar (Tentative)?

    The programme consists of six terms (three terms in first year and three terms in second year).The tentative schedule of the first year is given below.

    14. What are the examination and evaluation process / system including grading?

    Programme and evaluation examinations will be designed, conducted and evaluated and certified by IIM Indore. Details regarding evaluation process will be available after registration to the programme.

    15. Who will be the Faculty for the programme?

    Faculty will be from IIM Indore and/or drawn by IIM Indore from industry or professionals fromacross the globe.

    16. Where the classes will be held?

    Classes will be held at ICSI - Centre for Corporate Governance, Research & Training (CCGRT),CBD Belapur.

    17. What are the library facilities available for students?Limited library facilities will be arranged at ICSI - Centre for Corporate Governance, Research& Training (CCGRT), CBD Belapur and online access will also be provided during the courseduration.

    18. Will the background and support materials be provided for reading purposes?

    Necessary academic material like cases, articles and other relevant material will be provided byIIM Indore. There is no additional cost for providing this material.

    19. Will hostel facilities be provided?

    No hostel facilities will be provided by the institute. The students will easily get rentedaccommodation in and around ICSI, CBD Belapur, where the classes will commence.

    20. Will transportation facility be offered?

    No. They have to make their own arrangement.

    21. Will Alumni status be provided?

    Upon successful completion of the programme, the candidates will become Alumni of IIMIndore, India.
