Company and Position Analysis
We are committed to understanding your business philosophy, priorities and
culture. Taking the time to understand your business allows us to only send truly
qualified candidates your way. We partner with you to create a detailed template
for identifying and recruiting the ideal candidate.
Search Strategy
A successful search requires a targeted approach. Paragon has extensive networks
of contacts within the energy sector, as well as numerous methods for sourcing
candidates for a given role. Clients are provided weekly updates of the progress of
the search.
Candidate Screening and Selection
Paragon carefully screens each possible candidate for the desired qualifications,
their record of performance and their match with the culture and mission of your
organization. In addition, we also verify a candidate’s education with the
university s/he attended. We will present a group of exceptional candidates who
have been chosen for their ability to excel.
Interview Process
Paragon carefully prepares both the candidate and the client for any interview.
This ensures that there is a full understanding on both sides. We conduct post-
interview debriefs to determine interest and to adjust our strategy, if required.
Final Selection and Offers
Paragon has extensive experience in negotiating offers and reinforcing a candidate
