WHAT IS A PRACTICE FIRM?

A simulated virtual company Practice Firms do not exchange real goods or

money but develop and emulate all business procedures and functions

In this realistic environment participants gain positive outcomes, key skills and experience.

Participants have the opportunity to develop their technical know-how and are exposed to various currencies and languages

20% of the Practice Firm program involves job search activities including mock interviews and workshops

Monday-Friday 9:00-3:30pm

ELIGIBILITY Youth 18-30 years

Reside in Huron or Perth County

Have a clear employment goal

Possess skills/education for desired position
