    1976 The foundation of the company. AGMUS S.A. factory opens its gates.

    Generalities:

    PTIP pumping group is a compact set consisting of:

    high pressure triplex pump

    an electric or thermic engine of 55 kw chassis with dimensions: (L x l) 2000 x 1500 mm control panel with sensors for: electrical protection, alarm and safety stop, overpressure protection, high

    temperature and on/off button

    Pump absorption and repression is made through manifolds.

    The material used to produce the parts that come in contact with the working uid is chosen depending on the nature of the

    circulated uid.

    Design features

    Mobile Pumping Unit for storage and transport of vegetable oils

    Use: the machine was designed to be used in enclosed storage areas from the vegetable oil production facilities as well asin open space.The mobile unit is used to perform: emptying a tank that is not part of the machine; lling another tank that is not part of the machine; transfer a liquid stored in another reservoir; emptying a tank and lling the tank that goes into the machine; emptying the inner tank and lling an outer tank; mobile pumping unit; transporting a volume of uid equal to the maximum capacity of the tank; storage only when they provide an ambient temperature above + 5 C. pumping group, conveying uids. Normal working pressure is of 10 bar, the maximum pressure 16 bar and ow of 12m/h; 2.15 m tank capacity to store oil during transportation, insulated; tank heating system consists of several electrical resistance;

    Quick Coupling for Sucker Rods

    Description and use:

    According to the invention, the upper end of a sucker rod has a mono block or pre-threaded box with two volume controls,

    two interior grooves and a front longitudinal cut above these.

    The lower end of the sucker rod has a truncated cone shape pin, mono block or pre-threaded, with two external semi-

    cylindrical volume controls in which a lateral lock is mounted, bolt-jack articulated, external thread, which has in its interiora spiral spring with a protection mini-piston xed in its end and is thread xed in pin by a semi-transversal thread going with

    its external thread.

    At pin-in-box coupling the lock folds itself and, by 90 pin rotation on, the lock automatically enters both a pin key place and

    the boxs front cut, thus making the fast coupling of the two sucker rods possible.

    To uncouple the rods the lock will be folded. It will automatically x itself perpendiculary on the pin, will make the inverse 90

    rotation, simultaneous or sequence extraction of sucker rod hooked on the elevator will follow, after which the articulated lock

    is introduced in its place.

    Production Advantages:

    Automatic pin-box introduction rapidly, by a 90 rotation of the box or sucker rod;

    Uncoupling can be performed very easily by a single person, in maximum 5 seconds;

    10 times productivity increase and cutting in two sucker rods tripping;

    Increasing produced oil or water productivity for each well;

    Physical effort for threading and urithreading rods is eliminated;

    Flexibility;

    Reversible with torsion transmittion;

    Resisting to complex forces;

    No blocking or accidental uncoupling;

    Eliminates mechanical tong manufacturing;

    Resisting at high elongating forces.
