PEST ANALYSISIn an ever changing retail climate our Brands need to ensure they are up to date with marco-environmental factors that may have an impact on their business. The PEST analysis is a useful tool for understanding the market and as such the position, potential and direction for a business. PEST is an acronym for Political, Economic, Social and Technological factors.

The brief from Arcadia

We would like you to imagine yourself working as an MAA here at Arcadia. Your Merchandiser has asked you to devise a PEST analysis of the Retail market using the table below as a template.
