SITUATIONAL QUESTIONS
1. How would you sell a product to a client who already has a product of
your competitor?
2. Given the background of recruitment, how would you manage to hire 10
employees in 2 days time & not to forget the quality of employees also?
3. We have Jim & Tim working in the same department, given the same
target to be achieved in 2 weeks time. Jim starts working as soon as he is
assigned the targets & Tim starts at his convenient time. Jim is constantly
working, doesnt even waste a single hour& reaches his target in ten days
whereas Tim works at his own pace & reaches the same target in 2 weeks.Now according to you who would you reward as a manager & why?
4. You are assigned this weekly target which you are working hard on &
since you are good at your work, your boss gives you a additional
