OUTLINE: Focus- 250 WordsWhat is the focus personal development? Career? How to improve performance on sporting field? Studying? This is a way of coming to better grips with spirituality Be clear and explain focus and why its important.

Summary of individual difference assessment scale (750 words)Include at least 3 different scales that youve completed as part of this score. You will get references from scores. Review evidence about those scales (Psychometrics- Reliability, means, standard deviations, and shapes of distribution, validity. Quality; of the scale. How does it behave when you use it is it likely to do what it should be doing. Evidence of means of particular population, whats the reliability, internal consistency, summarise scores and compare means and standard deviations with others in regards to means and population means and this particular course. Eg score high on extraversion higher than everyone in course- Says that you are.

Integration (250 words)Look at evidence from scales and compare and contrast Can include other evidence example looking at career and your scores have come up in a way that would impy that a sales job is appropriate for u and u tried it and its not good for u. useful information to include here, research says you belong to work in sales but your real experience are separate. If its relevant then include it here

Recommendations (100-250 words) - Look through scores for particular focus and integrate all information on the basis of what should you now do. Personal development exercise.

Research article- The one that used that scale . Who used that scale in other Core self evaluation; M.K., Judge. put it together useful scale to predict life outcomes what are the conclusions that they drew about it and how does that relate to me.
