• Findings indicate that effective delivery of cessation services require:– A setting that provides multiple services– Written policies and protocols– Written intake procedures– A tracking system to identify obstacles to treatment– A feedback loop and tracking system– A brief intervention on the part of health care providers– Project staff training and buy-in– Client follow-up services
