To keep your information current in both People First and the 411 Online Employee Directory, you must verify certain fields in People First for accuracy. Notify your HR Office if changes need to be made.

Click Review My Information to get to the Personal Info section of People First.

Use the Personal Info dropdown menu to view the Personal Info screen.

If you go by a nickname that you wish to have published in the 411 online employee directory, you may enter it via the Personal Info screen.

Additionally, you should verify that your name is spelled correctly and that your Social Security Number and birth date are correct. If a correction needs to be made, contact your Human Resources Office.

From the dropdown menu, select Personal Info and click GO.

Click the radio button to the left to bring up the Details screen.

Personal Info (Nickname)Personal Info (Nickname)Click EDIT in the lower left hand corner. Type your nickname in the appropriate field, then click the Publish Nickname checkbox. Click SAVE.

Verify that your name is spelled correctly and that your Social Security Number and birth date are correct. If a correction needs to be made, contact your Human Resources Office.

Click MENU to return to the main menu screen.

To check your email address, go to the Work Info dropdown menu.

Select Email Address and click GO.

Click the radio button to bring up the Details Screen.

Verify that your email address is accurate. If not, contact your manager or HR Office.

To check your work location address and your work phone numbers for accuracy, go to the Work Info dropdown menu. Select Work Location Address. Click GO.

Check your work location address (not the mailing address) and the county.

Additionally, check your phone number and extension, if applicable, and your Suncom number, if applicable.

Contact your HR Office if corrections need to be made.
