    1. What is this product about?

    A Citibank credit card comes with a line of credit granted by us to you and where any amount of the credit utilized by youhas not been fully settled in full on or before a specified date, the unsettled amount will be subject to finance charges.For more information on Citibank credit cards, please visit www.citibank.com.my.

    2. What do I get from this product?

    • Credit Limit

      Each Citibank credit card’s credit limit will be determined base on individual credit assessment and the type of creditcard applied for. Subject to Citibank’s discretion and as it deems fit, the respective credit limit for each Citibankcredit card are as follows:-

    • Customer Credit Limit  New-To-Bank Customers  Should you apply for more than 1 credit card, a customer credit limit will apply. Customer Credit Limit is defined as

    the total credit limit extended to you across all of your Cards (including principal and supplementary card),regardless of the number of cards applied for and approved.

      Existing Credit Card Customers  If you are an existing credit card customer and you are applying for additional credit card(s) with Citibank, a

    Customer Credit Limit will apply. Customer Credit Limit is defined as the total credit limit extended to you across allof your Cards (including principal and supplementary cards), regardless of the credit limit assigned to each of yourexisting cards.

    • Minimum monthly repayment: 5% of (Total Outstanding Balance – Overlimit Amount (if any)) + 100% of OverlimitAmount (if any) + 100% of Past Due Amount (if any); OR 1% of Outstanding Balance (Retail Purchases, BalanceTransfer Amount (if any), Cash Advance Amount (if any) and other fees (if any)) + 100% of Non-RevolvingInstalments (if any) + 100% of Overlimit Amount and Overlimit Fee (if any) + 100% of Past Due Amount and LatePayment Charge (if any) + 100% of Outstanding Finance Charges and Government Service Tax (if any); OR RM50;whichever is higher.

    5. What if I fail to fulfill my obligations?

    • Late payment charges  A minimum of RM10 or 1% of total outstanding balance as at statement date (whichever is higher), up to a maximum of RM100.

    • Withdrawal of Card or facilities/services offered  We may, with notice, withdraw the Citibank credit card and/or any of the facilities/services offered with the Citibank credit

    card and the whole outstanding balance on the Card Account shall become immediately due and payable to us.

    • Liability for unauthorized transactions  You must always use reasonable precautions to prevent the loss of your credit card. If your credit card is lost or stolen,

    you must notify us immediately, followed by a written confirmation together with a copy of police report no later thanseven (7) days from the occurrence of the event. Your maximum liability for unauthorized transactions as a consequenceof a lost or stolen card shall be limited to RM250.00 provided that you have not acted fraudulently or have not failed toinform us as soon as reasonably practicable after having found that your credit card is lost or stolen.

    • Right to set-off  Citibank has the right, with notice, to combine or consolidate all or any of your accounts (including joint account; settling

    entire amount) with us to set-off or transfer the monies to payoff the outstanding balance of your credit card at anytime.

    Interest free period: 20 days from the statement date for new retail transactions is only applicable for cardmemberswith no outstanding balance from the previous month’s statement. Otherwise, finance charges on retail transactionswill be calculated from posting date of the transactions.

    4. What are the fees & charges I have to pay?

    Fees and Charges

    a) Annual Fees

    Use your new credit cardat least 3 times within60 days to enjoy a 1-yearannual fee waiver, with theexception of Citi PrestigeCard. The annual fee waiver

    would also not be applicablefor other cards if you opt tobe eligible for acquisitiongifts/promotions that areoffered.

    Note: The annual fee waiver may vary depending on the fee waiver programs that the Bank may introduce from time to time.

    b) Finance Chargesi) Retail Transactions /  Purchases

    i) 8.88%, 15%, 17% or 17.5% p.a. daily interest depending on the cardmember’s  payment for the last 12 months. To enjoy lower finance charges for retail  transactions, you should make at least 10 prompt payments in the last 12 months.

    ii) Cash Advance ii) 18%* p.a. daily interest from the total cash advance amount.

    c) Cash Advance Fee** Up to 5%* from the total cash advance or minimum RM20, whichever is higher.

    d) Credit Shield Premier RM0.69 for every RM100 monthly statement balance.

    If a transaction is made in foreign currency, the transaction will be converted into RinggitMalaysia using US Dollars as the base currency on the date on which the transaction isreceived and processed by Citibank and/or Visa International, MasterCard Worldwide,American Express or the relevant Card Payment Network (“Payment Network”).

    The currency conversions will be based on Citibank’s prevailing foreign exchange rate and/oran exchange rate determined by the relevant Payment Network. This currency conversion willinclude any charges levied by the Payment Network for overseas transactions and a 1%foreign exchange conversion markup by Citibank on the converted Ringgit Malaysia amount,or such other rate as determined by Citibank and notified to you.

    20 days from the statement date and applicable only for cardmember who pays in full onor before the payment due date. If cardmember opts to pay partial or minimum payment,cardmember will be charged finance charges from the transactions posted date.

    m) Government Service Tax Service tax will be imposed on the card open date and subsequent card open anniversarydate every year. Principal credit card - RM50 p er card per year and SupplementaryCredit Card - RM25 per card per year.

    l) Over Limit Fee** RM25 will be charged when the total outstanding balance exceeds the credit limit.

    k) Monthly Statement Retrieval RM5 per statement. You can enroll in Citibank’s Online Statement Facility to save cost.

     j) Sales Draft Retrieval RM20 per copy.

    i) 1 Hour Replacement Card RM50.00 fee per card.

    6. What are the major r isks of a credit card?

    By paying less than the full payment due amount, the interest amount and the time taken to settle the full amountwill increase. Think about your repayment capacity when charging the Citibank credit card.

    If you use your credit card to make repayment for other financing, it may cost you more.The finance charges imposed on the outstanding balance for this Citibank credit card is based on a tiered pricing

    structure in accordance with your repayment history.If we detect any unusual or suspicious activity on your Credit Card Account, we may temporarily suspend your creditprivileges until such activity is verified.

    If you have problems paying for your Citibank credit card charges, contact us early to discuss repayment alternatives.

    You and the Supplementary Cardmember(s) must ensure that the total amount charged to your respective Citibankcredit cards SHALL NOT exceed your credit limit/customer credit limit or the Supplementary Cardmember’s ownsupplementary card(s) limit (if any). In any event, you are liable for all amounts charged to you and yourSupplementary Cardmember(s)’ cards, including all amounts above your credit limit/customer credit limit and/or anyassigned supplementary card(s) limit and also for charges that you may not have intended to be responsible foralthough the Supplementary Card(s) may bear different Citibank credit card account numbers and may haveseparate assigned credit limits.

    You should not disclose your Citibank credit card details or PIN number to any unauthorized persons.

    You should notify us immediately after having found out your Citibank credit card is lost or stolen.

    We are entitled to, with notice, recall or withdraw all other credit facilities that you have with us in the event ofdefault of the Card Account or if you are in breach of any of the term and conditions of the Citibank Card and/orCitibusiness Card Terms and Conditions.

    7. What do I need to do if there are changes to my contact details?

    • It is important that you inform us promptly of any change in your business or residential address and contact number.
