Brand Refresh Campaign for PDS Direct Marketing
Background:
PDS Direct Marketing, formerly known as Postal Data Services Inc., has been a B2B Direct Mail industry leader within Southern California for more than 20 years.
Challenge:
The company needed to let prospective clients know what they do, while also maintaining continuity of certain aspects of their brand for their current clients.
Solution:
Postal Data Services, Inc. PDS Direct Marketing & I worked together to launch their Refresh Campaign
Our goal was to maintain the Brand Equity they had with existing clients & stakeholders while updating the look, feel and value proposition of the company. We found a cohesive and uniformed way to communicate the value proposition of the services they were capable of providing, enhanced their existing brand and maintained a desired level of brand continuity.
We developed a Brand Refresh Campaign Strategy that included the following:
Electronic Communication Tools-Website, E-mail Template & General Correspondence stationary
Client Database Management-Segmentation, Analysis & Tracking
Retention Program Development-Value proposition Development & Community Outreach
Prospective Engagement-Community Outreach & Brand Awareness activities
In the end, renaming the company PDS Direct Marketing, quickly conveyed what type of services they offered for new prospects, while maintaining some level of existing identity for current clients. The updated Look and Feel conveyed that PDS Direct Marketing was indeed a thriving company flexible enough to change with the times and meet the new demands of the Direct Mail Marketing industry.
