The magnetic grinders use the magical force of magnetic field to make the

stainless steel grinding pins spin very fast, and the grinding pins de-burr, polish

and clean the work-pieces very effectively and precisely.

How to choose Grinding Stainless Pins

The bigger the pins are, the better the grinding ability is. Thus, to choose the pins should depend on the softness or hardness of the work-piece material. To choose pins with diameter over Φ0.5mm for Stainless steel or Iron work-pieces; and pins below Φ0.5mm for softer material work-pieces such as copper or aluminum. Of cause the magnetic force of the machine is adjustable, thus you can test for times to get suitable grinding pins.

The holes of the work-pieces decide the big or small, long or short pins to be used. If the cracks into the holes are to be grinded, the 3mm long pin is suggested to be used for better effect.

The stainless steel pins are permanent grinding materials, can be used for many times.

machine will be over 70 Centigrade, then please change with cool one. If the work-pieces are too oily, cleaning liquids could be used with the grinding fluids

The vibratory polishing machine has a ring channel to hold abrasives and work-pieces. When the machine is working, it makes three-dimensional high frequency vibration. The grinding stone and the work-pieces are rolling spirally forward and they are grinding each other during the rolling. This makes the work-pieces get de-burred, chamfered, polished and cleaned. To replace the traditional cloth-wheel polishing, it can save a lot of spending on manpower, and lower the cost of production. It can also be matched up with mass production to improve and stabilize the quality of the products.

The machine has a lining made of abrasion-proof PU material which is made by US DuPont Company. The machine can also have a noise isolation cover, and a frequency control of motor speed. It can save electricity by 50% to use the speed control.
