The Plow Fold provides a folding solution when conventional folding is virtually impossible. In addition to folding, the Plow Fold has a registration input with a scoring device. This allows your company to complete two applications in a single pass, reducing labor and printing costs. Adjustments are mounted on the cross slide with horizontal and vertical movement to enable quick set up of the Plow Fold geometry. This in-line finishing component is adaptable for off-line use by utilizing our FeedMAX-S high capacity feeder and collection conveyor systems. By simply removing four bolts, the Plow Fold carriage may be detached for an endless list of applications for the “now” in-line Vacuum Base.

FeedMAXPerfect for feeding magazines, self-mailers, postcards and other product types, the FeedMAX has all the characteristics of a high-end feeder. Standard to the Packaging Feeder Series (PC or PS Models) is our patented Dynamic Rotation TechnologyTM,Time Delay, Auto Restart, Single Shot, Anti-Glaze Belt Formula, 1/4” thick powder coated side frames, Business Card Guides and Variable Speed Control. You can order either single shot on demand (PS) or batch counting options (PC).

Wrapping, inserting, traying and fulfillment applications can be automated by the use of an on-demand feeder. Each feeder can be integrated into your existing packaging line to deliver product into a predetermined position on the host machine. Miss and double detect either stops the host machine or sends a signal to activate a divert station. Feeders are available in widths ranging from 6” to 18”.

With the batch count option, the user-friendly interface lets you program your specific job requirements. The batch counter LCD screen is easy to read and set up. The batch mode with auto restart option can be activated to count out a pre-set count, pause for a pre-set duration of time and then automatically allows you to maximize the output from the feeder to the application to speeds of more than 60,000 per hour.

The Bump Turn is a versatile stand alone unit that takes product as it is originally presented and rotates it 90 degrees either right or left with a quick bump to make it ready for collection. BELT TURNOVER

The Belt Turnover, available in either 6” x 9” or 10” x 13” model is the machine you need for product reorientation from your in-line inserter. Each Belt Turnover is equipped with 2 1/4” wide grip gum belts (helping to handle glossy products), clear, durable lexan covers and an extended support rod, providing greater control (up to 11” wide material). Adjustable belts are included to increase belt to product friction, helping eliminate “slip feeding”.

Our Belt Turnover comes with an open cover sensor, which automatically shuts the machine down if opened. All Belt Turnovers include a limited 2-year warranty.

After an item is inserted into the envelope it heads to the Belt Turnover, face down.

Once the product is inside the Belt Turnover, the gum belts and product guides flip the envelope over.
