How to do it• Expectation Each week in the daily notices and on KAMAR
messages will be the expectation focus for that week. Others, Learning, Environment or Self.
• Monday morning or the first day of the working week.
• Select the appropriate banner for your classroom.Write it on the board if you do not have a banner at the moment.
• Context Choose your focus for each class that week. Record these in your planning book. A few words is sufficient or even one.

From our present data:
•50% of the staff have signed a loyalty card at least once.
•13.6 % are signing regularly
•From our last SET data 40% of the teachers are actively teaching behaviour
For observable changes to be seen 80% of the teachers need to be teaching good behaviour.
We are looking to actively teach and reward behaviour that enhances engagement in the learning programme.
