I am highly ambitious and enthusiastic, comfortable working both individually or as part of a team. Ability to
clearly articulate experience and lessons learned in supporting low volume / high mix assembly operations
as a key to securing a position offer. Skilled ability to set targets and then motivate personnel to strive to
achieve. Excellent analytical skills and communication skills. Highly creative and an excellent problem-
solver with experience instigating and establishing good relations both internally and externally throughout
all levels of organisation. I have gained valuable experience throughout my time as a Production
Teamleader and Supervisor in Man management Lean Production techniques and 5s and all aspects of
QCD. During my 4 years in Logistics I gained experience of the management and procurement of both
products and services from parts vendors. Whilst working for Komatsu I have shown my adaptability to
work in core and noncore skill areas demonstrating that I am able to transfer my skills diversely.
I constantly look for opportunities to progress and improve, and have done so by taking part in various
courses and educational routes. I have also completed courses in Man management, Leadership and
Presentation skills.
I am also trained in Health & Safety covering Safety Auditing and completing work station assessments
and in a range of IT packages including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Internet explorer, Lotus notes
and Outlook express.
