Patnitop Development Authority, Kud, as his representative, invites sealed tenders afresh throughregistered post/speed post/courier service affixed with Rs. 5/- revenue stamps and two percentearnest money in the shape of CDR, pledged to the Accounts Officer, Patnitop DevelopmentAuthority of the schedule Bank for the work mentioned below from the approved P.W.D. contrac-tors. The tender should be valid for 90 days after opening of the tenders and shall reach in theoffice of the Chief Executive Officer, PDA, Kud on or before 23.09.2016 upto 2 P.M and shall beopened on the same day after 3.00 P.M. or any other subsequent date convenient to the tenderopening authority in presence of those tenders who may like to be present at the time of open-ing of the tenders.

J&K, by or 23.09.2016 up to 2PM against payment of specified cost (nonrefundable) in cash or by bank draft.Or can be downloaded from the official web site www.patnitop.nic.in and the cost of tender document should beannexed with downloaded tender document in the form of Bank draft pledged in the name of Accounts OfficerPatnitop Development Authority along with other requisite formalities for issue of tender document.

2. The tender should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Patnitop Development Authority, and sent underRegistered post which should reach in the office of the Chief Executive Officer Patnitop Development Authority onor before 27.09.2016 up to 1 pm.

3. The tender will be opened by the authority level tender opening committee headed by Chief ExecutiveOfficer , Patnitop Dev Authority, at Kud in his office chamber on 27.09.2016 at 3pm in presence of the contrac-tors or their authorized representatives who may like to be present.

4. The intending contractors/firm on production of the below mentioned documents in proof of their eligibility shall beeligible for purchase of tender form.

a/ Attested photocopy of registration card duly renewed for the current year.b/ Attested photocopy of Tin No. of sale tax, J&K Government.c/ Attested copy of the Pan Card.5. The Tenders without (i) CDR as specified in the aforementioned NIT and (ii) revenue stamps affixed shall not be

entertained and shall be straightway rejected even if it is lowest tender.6. The tender opening authority shall have the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any

reason thereof.7. On completion of work, the surplus material if any, shall be removed by the Contractor at his own cost and dumped

at a suitable site which shall have to be got checked by the Engineer In charge before release of payment.8. In case of holiday declared on the date of casting of tenders, the next working day shall be considered as date of

casting of tenders.9. If after opening the tenders, it is found that the rates quoted by the lowest tenderer are less by 10% of the adver-

tised amount, the contractor shall have to provide an additional security of 5% of tendered amount along with ten-der form otherwise it shall be considered as non-responsive bid.

10. Payment shall be made only after receipt of funds and 10% security deposit shall be deducted from every runningbill which shall only be released after defect liability period of one year. No interest shall be paid on the said deposit.

Whereas, on I3th of June 2016 militant attack had takenplace at Naka Point of G/84 Bn. CRPF Karlah Nallah Kud ofTehsil Chenani resulted into the death of one civilian andcaused grave injuries to two civilians;

Whereas, the District Magistrate, Udhampur vide his officeorder No: 292-93/ARA/DCU Dated: 22-08-2016, entrusted theenquiry to the undersigned for conduct of in-depth enquiry andascertaining the facts as to why the militant succeed in hisnefarious designs,

Whereas, to ascertain the full facts of the incident occurredon 13th of June 2016 at G/84 Bn. CRPF Karlah Nallah Kud ofTehsil Chenani, it is informed through this public notice toInterested persons to appear before the office of undersignedfrom 10-09-2016 to 30-09-2016 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on

any working days for recording their statements, to enablethe Enquiry Officer to conduct the impartial enquiry.
