Let’s do our part to Stop the Spread of Germs● Face coverings are required in the building. Masks help protect us
and others. Choose a mask that fits snugly on your face. Remind your children to not share their masks.
● Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Practice with your children.
● Cover your cough and sneezes with a tissue or your elbow and throw tissue in the trash.
● COVID-19 is thought to be spread mainly from person to person, between people who are in close contact with one another, through droplets produced when an infected person coughs, sneezes or talk.
● Practice social distancing. Stay at least 6 feet from other people.
Treatment● There is currently no vaccine to prevent coronavirus disease.
The best way to prevent illness is to avoid being exposed to the virus.
If you are sick:
● Stay home● Monitor your symptoms● Get rest and stay hydrated● Call your healthcare provider● Cover your cough and sneezes● Wash your hands often● Avoid sharing personal items● Clean all surfaces

Quarantine and IsolationQuarantine keeps someone who was in close contact with someone who has COVID 19 away from others.
