SOLES 4 SOULS: A flyer came home recently on this very worthy opportunity to help theless fortunate. Please consider bringing in your gently-worn shoes as a donation. CoachHeiss and I will deliver them to Mr. Graham at Elite Feet once the boxes are filled.

A big THANK YOU goes out to the families who sent in wipes while I was gone! It has madesuch a difference in our absence rate! Thank you, too, to the Howard andLewandowski families for stocking our fish tank. The Peters family brought in a HUGE

donation bag for the Classroom Store! Camp Cronce is so grateful for our great parents!

Mr. Wollen recently came to Camp Cronce to read to us and gave us a challenge before heleft. He said that if we could average 80% or higher on our final spelling test, he wouldprovide pizza and pop for lunch one day next week! We met his challenge (OF COURSE!)and will be having a pizza lunch soon. I will send home a half-sheet notice telling you ofthis so you can plan accordingly. As of now, his secretary is checking his schedule to seewhen he will be available to bring it in. Also, we will be having lunch in the classroom onEarth Day (see above) to discuss our carbon footprint, how much trash we throw out, andhow we could recycle/reuse it instead. Watch the hall for our graph of what we recorded!

THANK YOU so much for all of the help/donations needed to build our cool robots. Thisweeks story was so much more fun when we were able to bring it to life. Thanks again!

The Accelerated Reader deadline will be soon be approaching next month. Will your childhave reached the goal s/he has set? There are only TWO ice-cream parties left in thisschool year. Will your child be going? Check the AR graph that comes home nightly in thehomework folder to see and please help your child test, test, test to reach his/her AR goal
