Paper recycling is the process of recovering waste paper and remaking it into new paper products. So let see how it works
Waste paper is collected by a
special designed truck and the
paper is delivered to processing
center.
Step 1
![Page 3: Paper recycling working cycle](https://reader035.vdocuments.mx/reader035/viewer/2022062400/587b22a01a28ab736c8b6e69/html5/thumbnails/3.jpg)
All of your newspaper, magazines, office papers, school papers, shopping catalog and

The paper is then sent into a pulper, which is basically a giant blender with chemicals that dissolve paper fiber bonds while shredding it into tiny fibers with warm water, soap etc. Basically to remove foreign materials.
Step 3
![Page 5: Paper recycling working cycle](https://reader035.vdocuments.mx/reader035/viewer/2022062400/587b22a01a28ab736c8b6e69/html5/thumbnails/5.jpg)
The watery fiber mixture, or pulp passes through screens which filter out
chunks of dirt and glue.
Step 4
![Page 6: Paper recycling working cycle](https://reader035.vdocuments.mx/reader035/viewer/2022062400/587b22a01a28ab736c8b6e69/html5/thumbnails/6.jpg)
Step 5
Cleaning chemicals are stirred in to remove tiny dirt, oil and other contaminants, which are then mixed off
The pulp is de-inked by sticking it in a chemical solution and blowing bubbles through it

Pulp is bleached and spread onto wide screen to let the water drain off and then
put into heated pressures to make it smooth sheet of paper.
Step 6

Last step now paper is rolled up into huge rolls and sent onward for cutting
packaging and ready for shipping to local printers, offices manufacturers and
publisher for further use.
Step 7
Now Paper is Ready For Use
