Block Diagram
Overview PAN-3UVPX-ZYNQ+ is a 3U OpenVPX module based on the Zynq UltraScale+
MPSoC from Xilinx.
The Zynq UltraScale+ integrates a Quad-core ARM Cortex-A53 based Application
Processing Unit (APU), a Dual-core ARM Cortex-R5 based Real-Time Processing
Unit (RPU), a ARM Mali based Graphic Processing Unit (GPU) and an UltraScale+
Programmable Logic (PL) in a single device.
It also include on-chip memory, external memory interfaces, and a rich set of pe-
ripheral connectivity interfaces.
The first version of the board is equipped with a XCZU9EG-1FFVC900 device tightly
coupled to 2/4GB of 64-bit + 8-bit ECC of DDR4 PS memory.
For I/O interface, a on-board FMC slot compliant with the Vita 57.1 HPC standard
with 58 LVDS and 10 GTH, allowing a wide range of applications such as SDR, Video
CODECs, DSPs and multi-axes motors controller.
