Cover your entire face with the mixture, taking great care to keep the mixture away from the eyes.
After a few minutes, take a soft wash cloth and gently wipe off the yogurt cleanser. Once the
cleanser's been wiped off, rinse your skin with cool water. Dry your face by gently patting it with
another soft cloth. Your body shouldn't be overlooked. Your face isn't the only part of you that you
need to take care of. Here's a natural body scrub you can make easily and quickly: 2.5 cups white
sugar, 1 cup extra virgin olive oil, and 4 tablespoons lemon juice. Mix well until you've got a gritty
paste. Apply it in a circular motion to your skin the same way you would with any other body scrub
and then rise off with warm water. This mixture is good for 2 months if kept in an air tight jar. Add
sea salt or vitamin E oil and it'll last longer than 2 months. Store this body scrub at room
temperature.
Take milk and honey and mix them. Apply the paste on your face. Let it sit on your face for a few
minutes before washing with cool water. These ingredients are gentle but provide much needed
nourishment and moisture to your skin.
There are so many things in your kitchen that can be used to keep your skin safe. There's really
no reason for you to spend a lot of money on expensive products when you've got better and less
