Presentations: Ray Preusser joined the BOE by telephone and gave a report of the 2019-2020 External Audit Report. Superintendent Dougherty addressed the board to reiterate that the district is facing significant challenges going forward due to the many uncertainties the COVID-19 pandemic and the financial challenges at the state and federal level. Moving forward, it will be imperative for the District to maintain a cash position well above the 4% maximum unassigned fund balance.
