Company A is a �nancial institution which is well-established in Europe and holds a total employee-headcount of over 500, the management has decided to re-domicile operations in Malta due to tax-e�cient incentives and a highly skilled talent pool. Our consultants proactively contacted the Company and a client consultant long-term business relationship was established whereby a ‘retained search’ service was identi�ed as a solution to the hiring-strategy of the client. Our consul-tants conducted in depth specialised search, selecting a list of contes-tants who were thoroughly assessed following ability and personality tests, values and potential evaluation. The professional candidates’ presentation (a concise overview of the candidates’ key personality attributes, technical competencies and also a snapshot of their current career stage, ambitions and motivations), was sent to management. After interviewing the select group of candidates, the management identi�ed a ‘champion’ with our consultants acting as intermediaries by facilitating the o�er process.

Company B is an international investment �rm with headquarters in the Benelux region and o�ces across a wide range of Nordic jurisdictions. Following the annual executive-board meeting, the management committee has decided to perform a crucial restructuring exercise within a fundamental business unit of the Company whereby it involved the deployment of a risk manager who was lacking precise and consis-tent risk reporting to the board of directors.
