Sophisticated, mobile document handlingWith P2P One you will have full cloud access to all purchasing processes, from a draft purchase through to an invoice. Plus, all purchasing data is captured in one system, so you can monitor all spend activities - reducing maverick spend across the business.

Rule-based approvals systemBased on a configurable set of rules, document lines are sent automatically for approval within the system. Users can view a document’s status at a glance, whether it is assigned to them or others.

Notifications alert users to unapproved documents. The depth of granularity allows for line-level multi-tier approvals, whereby document lines can follow different approval paths.

Invoice OCR

Seamless integrationP2P One fully integrates with all relevant master data, such as supplier, items, cost centres and projects, from within SAP Business One – meaning information is visible and accessible at anytime. Plus, the integration and consolidation between the two systems eliminates the need for data or transaction replication.
