Then, you’ll tra vel about two and a ha lf hours, arriv ing at the Oxford Globa l Village in t ime for a welcome party! Because it’s such a popular dest ination for study, Oxford is packed with student s a ll year round and from the moment you arrive until the dreaded day of departure, the EF school will constantly be buzzing, busy and socia l.

School’s out! EF isn’t like school, you’ll learn in and outside the cla ssroom, explore and use your new skills with people who natively speak the language. You’ll pick up the language quickly while you check out plays, famous theaters or practice your English on an excursion.

The EF Disco rock s - there are loads of games and competit ions, so it’s a lways a bla st. You can count on heap s of parties too, even a reunion party after the trip. If you like being socia l, join the EF Crew to keep in touch with fellow student s and continue to be part of EF.

At EF an important part of learning the language is a lso learning about the culture, and us ing your skills with loca l people in relevant s ituations.

Included in the course you will get a full day of s ight seeing in L ondon and an excurs ion to the renowned hot springs in Bath. Student s on a three-week course a lso get the shopping experience of a lifetime, a day to v is it a s many of the 40,000 shop s and 83 market s across L ondon. Shop ‘till you drop!

Heading for Broadway?With EF Action Plus™ you learn English by concentrating on a sub ject you enjoy, and in Oxford you can learn to speak English like Hugh Grant! The EF Action Acting course cons ist s of four, 40-minute practica l/theory lessons per day, including stage vocabulary, audit ions & culture, acting techniques, staging, costume and dress rehearsa ls. An industry profess iona l will mentor you and you’ll complete a group project. You’ll ga in stage presence, confidence and you’ll return home with an EFCELT Report.

Culture & tradit ions Take advantage of the included study v is it s to learn even more English - and some Brit ish history. Things to remember- Oxford is idea l for more independent students aged 14-19- The recommended pocket money is £125 per week.- Heaps of activ ities are included like sightseeing tours, volleyba ll and footba ll tournaments, outdoor games, wa lking tours, shopping trips and EF Discos - to name just a few.

- Included excursions are: L ondon Sightseeing (full day), a trip to Bath (full day) and a full day shopping tour of L ondon (for students on three-week course). Other trips include famous museums and college tours.We look forward to welcoming you to EF Oxford!

EF Homestay is a great way to get to know the loca l culture in a caring, home env ironment. Or, if you go for an EF Residence, you’ll enjoy accommodation in a top location and more independent liv ing.
