Legrand/Wiremold electrical systems conform to and should be properlygrounded in compliance with requirements of the current NationalElectrical Code or codes administered by local authorities.

All electrical products may present a possible shock or fire hazard if improperly installed or used. Legrand/Wiremold electricalproducts may bear the mark of a Nationally Recognized TestingLaboratory (NRTL) and should be installed in conformance with currentlocal and/or the National Electrical Code.

IMPORTANT: Please read all instructions before beginning.

1. Drill 1/4" [6mm] diameter holes in both outer channels ofthe raceway base for installation of mounting screws.Holes should be drilled no further than 3" [76mm] fromeach end of the raceway base and no more than 24"[610mm] apart.

2. Using #8 fasteners, install base of raceway directly ontop of existing floor covering. The screw type should beappropriate for the type of floor, which the raceway isbeing installed on.

3. Attach cover to base by aligning countersunk holes incover with the threaded center channel in the base. Use #8-32 Flat Head screws provided to secure.

Base & Cover (OFRBC, OFRB, OFRC)

Couplings (OFR1)

1. Slide one (1) coupling into each of the outer channels ofthe base and secure the #8-32 screw.

2. Slide next section of base onto other end of couplingand secure #8-32 screws.

Ground Clip (OFR9)

1. Lay ground clip into outer channel and rotate into grooves. 2. Tighten the #8-32 screws.

Wire Clip (OFRWC)

1. Place all wires into raceway. Insert serrated edge of wireclip under the inner slot of the base.

2. Rotate the curled edge of the clip into place under theouter slot of the base.

Outer Channels

1. Place all wires into raceway. Insert serrated edge of wireclip against inner wall of the channel.

2. Rotate the curled edge of the clip against the outer wallof the channel and depress completely.

Inner Channels

Flat Elbow (OFR11)1. Insert flat elbow connecting tabs into outer channels of raceway

base mounted to floor. Tighten (2) #8-32 screws to secure.

2. Using #8 fasteners in the two mounting holes provided, install elbowbase directly on top of existing floor covering. The screw typeshould be appropriate for the type of floor, which the raceway isbeing installed on.

3. Insert next section of raceway base onto the other pair ofconnecting tabs and secure using the (2) #8-32 mounting screws.

4. Attach raceway covers to both sections of raceway base.Attach elbow cover using (4) #8-32 flat head screws.

Seam Clip (OFR6)1. Install raceway base and one section of cover. Slide Seam Clip

onto end of cover until countersink touches edge of cover.

2. Slide next raceway cover section under seam clip until edgeof cover touches countersink on Seam Clip. Install screw intoSeam Clip and raceway covers.

Tee/Cross Combo (OFR15)Tee Configuration 1. Insert tee connecting tabs into outer channels of raceway base

mounted to floor. Tighten (2) #8-32 screws to secure. 2. Using #8 fasteners in the four mounting holes provided, install

tee base directly on top of existing floor covering. The screwtype should be appropriate for the type of floor, which theraceway is being installed on.

3. Insert other two raceway base sections and secure using the#8-32 screws.

4. Remove the tab from one end of the tunnel. Tab should beremoved from side of tunnel that butts against raceway base.

5. Install tunnel and internal corner using (3) #6-32 screwsinto tee base.

6. Attach raceway covers to all three sections ofraceway base. Attach tee cover using (4) #8-32flat head screws.

Tee/Cross Combo (OFR15)Cross Configuration 1. Remove (3) breakaway tabs on tee fitting base.

2. Insert tee connecting tabs into outer channels ofraceway base mounted to floor. Tighten (2) #8-32screws to secure.

3. Using #8 fasteners in the four mounting holes provided,install tee base directly on top of existing floorcovering. The screw type should be appropriate for thetype of floor, which the raceway is being installed on.

4. Insert other three raceway base sections and secureusing the #8-32 screws.

4. Remove both tabs from both tunnels. 5. Install tunnels and internal corner using (4) #6-32

screws into tee base.

6. Remove breakaway tab from side of cover. Firstbreak corners as shown in 6A. Second twist thecenter of the tab 6B until it breaks free.

7. Attach raceway covers to all four sections ofraceway base. Attach tee cover using (4) #8-32flat head screws.

1. Forez des trous de 6 mm (¼ po) dans chaque canalexterne de la base de la piste pour poser les vis demontage. Les trous devraient être forés au plus à 76 mm(3 po) des extrémités de la base de la piste et au plus à610 mm (24 po) de distance les uns des autres.

2. À l'aide d'attaches #8, installez la base de la pistedirectement sur le revêtement de plancher. Le type devis devrait être adapté au type de plancher sur lequel lapiste est installée.

3. Fixez le couvercle à la base en alignant les trous fraisésdu couvercle avec le canal central fileté de la base.Servez-vous de vis à tête plate #8-32 fournies.

1.Disposez la pince au sol sur le canal externe et faites-lapivoter dans les rainures.

Pince à fil (OFRWC)

1. Posez tous les fils sur la piste. Insérez le bord serré de lapince à fil sous la fente externe de la base.

2. Faites pivoter le bord replié de la pince en place sous lafente externe de la base.

Canaux externes

1. Posez tous les fils sur la piste. Insérez le bord serré de lapince à fil contre la paroi intérieure du canal.

2. Faites pivoter le bord replié de la pince contre la paroiextérieure du canal et relâchez complètement.

Canaux internes

Coude plat (OFR11)

1. Insérez les onglets de connexion du coude plat dans lescanaux externes de la base de la piste montée sur leplancher. Fixez à l'aide de deux (2) vis #8-32.

2. À l'aide d'attaches #8, installez la base de la piste directementsur le revêtement de plancher. Le type de vis devrait êtreadapté au type de plancher sur lequel la piste est installée.

3. Insérez la section suivante de la base de la piste dans l'autrepaire d'onglets de connexion et fixez à l'aide des deux vis demontage #8-32.

4. Fixez les couvercles de la piste aux deux sections de la base.Fixez le couvercle en coude à l'aide de 4 vis à tête plate #8-32.

Los sistemas eléctricos Legrand/Wiremold observan y deben serconectados a tierra adecuadamente conforme a los requisitos delCódigo Eléctrico Nacional o los códigos vigentes establecidos por lasautoridades locales.

1. Perfore orificios de 1/4" [6 mm] de diámetro en amboscanales exteriores de la base de la canaleta para cablespara la instalación de los tornillos de montaje. 2. Utilizando sujetadores n.° 8, instale la base de lacanaleta para cables directamente en la parte superiorde la cubierta del piso. El tipo de tornillo debe seradecuado para el tipo de piso en el cual se estáinstalando la canaleta para cables.

3. Sujete la cubierta a la base alineando los orificiosembutidos en la cubierta con el canal de centro roscadoen la base. Utilice tornillos de cabeza plana n.º 8-32provistos para la fijación.

Sujeta cables (OFRWC)

1. Coloque todos los cables en la canaleta para cables.Introduzca el borde serrado del sujeta cables en la ranurainterior de la base.

Codo plano (OFR11)

1. Introduzca las pestañas de conexión del codo plano en loscanales exteriores de la base de la canaleta para cablesmontada al piso. Ajuste los (2) tornillos n.° 8-32 para fijarlos.

2. Utilizando los sujetadores n.º 8 en los dos orificios de montajesuministrados, instale la base del codo directamente en laparte superior de la cubierta del piso existente. El tipo detornillo debe ser adecuado para el tipo de piso en el cual seestá instalando la canaleta para cables.

3. Introduzca la próxima sección de la base de la canaleta paracables en el otro par de pestañas de conexión y fíjelautilizando los (2) tornillos de montaje n.º 8-32.

4. Sujete las cubiertas de la canaleta para cables a ambassecciones de la base de la canaleta. Sujete la cubierta delcodo usando 4 tornillos de cabeza redonda n.º 8-32.
