The plan…• Full stakeholder analysis to identify content;

• Technical investigation of approaches linking to publishers websites, weblog analyses – addition of social media interaction and voting capabilities;

• Explore, test and document business models for embedding third part rights;

• Test the approaches with students and staff who generate/use OER;

• Development of policies, licences and procedures;

• Significantly enhance the OER collection by making the resources totally discoverable.
