Lessons Learned
• Achievement made possible through a multi-functional agile project team that emphasized management and communication skills with the customer and IT teams to ensure success.
• Used Vendor SME and onsite support early in development to mitigate risks of learning new technology and to gain early wins.
• Migration of legacy architecture into “cloud technologies” has to be re-engineered to reduce complexity, cost, and resulting risks.
