Avoid Stress Injuries

Care of laptop at home

• Store in case• Never flat on floor• Charge nightly for school the next day• Siblings loading software• Damage by heat and cold of car• Common causes of damage:

Unsupported Software

• What and why– You are responsible for software you

load– School supports school-owned

software– Conflicts with freeware and shareware

• Sign agreement

Backing up at home• HH students use Dropbox to back up

school work• Student is responsible for backing up

personal items and providing adequate space for them.

• No control over what is backed up and what is not if there is too much.

• Additional free space for inviting others who install Dropbox.

• Battery replacement depends on care
