BIERI Micro-Axial piston pumps AKP are very compact

axial devices, with a very high volumetric efficiency,

wide speed range and increased reliability, even under

rough ambient conditions

We distinguish between two different designs:

a) Micropumps with 2 threaded ports, inlet

and outlet

b) Micropumps with radial sealed outlet port

and suction openings in housing to

submerge the micropump for downhole

applications

BIERI radial piston pumps KKP and SKP (SKP with

adapted external gear pump) are very light and

compact designed 2-stage pump units (HP/LP) with

hollow shaft. This enables optimum space-saving with

a direct mounted E-motor (without bell housing and

coupling).

Description

The BIERI series WVM-6I consists of direct solenoid

operated leakage free seated valves, applicable for high

duty cycles. The modular principle of the main

components allows for a huge variety of circuit symbols:

2/2-, 3/2-, 3/3-, 4/2-, 4/3- and 4/4-way functions with

positive and also negative overlap. Consequently these

valves are superior and space-saving alternatives to

spool valves which can require additional leackage free

shutoff valves.

BIERI seated valves out of series WVM-4B-Bi are

bidirectional, directly operated, oil leakage free valves

of size NG4, suitable for constant pressure ranges up

to 700 bar with mineral oils and also with high viscous

media like grease up to NLGI-class 2. These

electrically operated valves are suitable for

bidirectional flow.

WV700-6-ESDescription

The BIERI series WV700 are direct operated and

leakage free seated valves. 2/2- and 3/2-way versions

are also available with mechanical limit switch to

monitor the operation of the valve‘s closing elements.

The limit switch is extremely durable and can be

operated by voltages from 3V DC up to 230V AC.

PDV700 Description

The BIERI PDV700 is a proportional pressure relief

valve from the series NG6, 700 bar. It is available

direct operated for small flow rates as well as – along

with a main stage – pilot operated for higher flow

rates and can be operated by various amplifiers which

enable operations by «open loop» or «closed loop»

control.

M.Pack 700 BKACompact Hydraulic Power Unit, 700bar

BKA Description

BIERI power units of type BKA are compact heavy-duty

power units. They are part of our new power pack

concept M.PACK 700 bar.

The BKA is lightweight and space-saving by integration

of pumping elements into the pump flange. BKA consists

of an electric motor, radial piston pump (HP and HP /

LP), pressure relief valve, oil reservoir and another

components.

Several valves of type WVM and WVH can be assembled

directly on the pump flange by the modular conception.

In addition the modular blocks of type series M.BLOCK

both 700 bar and 500 bar can be combined with the

motor-pump assembly.

M.Cylinder EHA Description

The BIERI series M.Cylinder EHA are compact electro-

hydraulic axes and an excellent solution for realization

of linear motion. They are easy to integrate into the

complete machine and nearly maintenance free. Within

this unit a hydraulic pump is driven by an electric

motor. Rotation is translated to linear movement of the

integrated hydraulic actuator. By simply reversing the

direction of rotation the direction of linear movement

is changed. The speed of the cylinder is directly

controlled by the revolutions of the electric motor.
