Our Company Policies
Our policies define how we operate as a moral and ethical company. We believe in
ensuring openness and transparency within our operations and relationships. To this
end, we have developed policies setting out what can be expected from us, and in
return, what we expect from others.
We value the relationship we have with our employee and the success of our business
depends on every employee. Thus, the following components of our policies were
formed:
HOURS OF WORK POLICY
The office is normally open from 8:30 am until 5:00 pm Central time.
1. An employee is obligated to report for each and every scheduled working
day to report on time and to complete all scheduled hours.
2. Being absent from work after the scheduled time requires the employee to
properly notify the supervisor in advance
3. The department head is responsible for maintaining work schedules and
recording hours worked.
ATTENDANCE POLICY
An employee is deemed absent when he is unavailable for work as scheduled
and such absence was not approved in advance as required by department
notification procedure.
Tardiness of employee
1. Supervisors will replace the employee for the full shift in case of failure to
report from work
2. Employee should not leave work prior to the end of scheduled work time
without prior supervisory approval
3. Employee should not take an extended meal or break period without
approval
Employees are required to follow established guidelines for recording their actual
hours worked. A missed time in/out is a violation of this policy and includes:

job is available and the employees are able to perform the job.
