Price Guarantee: The tour cost is based on the current exchange rate when the first deposit is received in our office. Should the exchange rate fluctuate before the first per person payment is paid, adjustments to the tour cost will be made accordingly. Please note once the first per person payment is paid and the air space confirmed, the contract tour cost is guaranteed. Prices are subject to change for matters over which Ellison Travel & Tours has no control, such as fuel surcharges, government taxes, airline schedule changes or cancellations which are imposed by one of our suppliers.

Changes to the Tour: The tour cost is based on the prices, products and services in effect on the date of the current contract. You will be notified if increases are imposed by airlines, suppliers or governments and these will be reflected on the final invoice. Should the number of participants change, it may be necessary to revise components of the tour or adjust the cost to cover these differences. Ellison Travel & Tours reserves the right to alter the itinerary as required for the comfort, convenience and safety of the participants and for the proper management of the tour.

Cancellation Penalties: All payments are 100% non-refundable.

Insurance: Ellison Travel & Tours strongly recommends the purchase of Trip Cancellation and Interruption Insurance, and Comprehensive Assistance, Health Coverage, Individual Accident Coverage, and Baggage and Personal Effects Insurance.

Responsibility: Many people and companies are involved in the planning of your tour. We do not own or operate the hotels or transport services. These are provided by independent contractors, therefore, we cannot accept and we expressly exclude, all and any liability for the actions and omissions of those involved in your tour arrangements over whom we have no control or employment. We will, however, give assistance in good faith to resolve any such disputes you may have. In return, you agree that Ellison Travel & Tours will have no liability for inconvenience, injury, delay, airline schedule changes or cancellation due to war, riot, terrorist activity, natural disaster, sickness, weather conditions, airport regulations or other circumstances considered Acts of God. Proof of Citizenship: Canadian Citizens are asked to carry a passport for tours to the United States. For international travel a valid passport is required. Citizens of other countries or landed immigrants should check with their tour planner for requirements for travel outside Canada. Passengers must have valid passports for travel abroad and visas for some countries. Ellison Travel & Tours does not accept responsibility for passengers who do not meet correct visa and passport requirements. Entry to another country may be refused even if the required information and travel documents are complete.

Air Deviations: When permitted by the airline, Ellison Travel & Tours is pleased to offer opportunities for travellers to return later from group departure city. An administration charge plus any difference in airfare apply. In the interest of the group planning process, all deviation requests must be completed no later than 90 days prior to departure date. Each airline will only allow a certain percentage of group travellers to deviate from the group so when available these will be on a first come, first served basis. Note: It is the responsibility of all participants to be in possession of the correct documentation to travel out of the country. Failure to do so will result in participants being denied entry/boarding and returned home at the expense of the individual. Canadian Citizens require a valid passport (authorities at your destination require that passports are valid for the expected length of stay in the country). Ellison Travel & Tours recommends passports are valid for 6 months beyond your return date. Non-Canadians must check entry and transit requirements.

Day 1 – Monday, June 18 - Flight Day M

- transportation to the airport will be by motorcoach if flight departs Montreal, or the group’s own responsibility if flight departs Ottawa

- upon arrival at the airport, proceed to the airline ticket counter (likely Air Transat or WestJet, pending scheduling) to check-in for your connecting flight to Dublin, Ireland

- note: you are required to check-in for flights at least 3 hours prior to scheduled departure when travelling internationally

- scheduled time of departure of flight to Toronto or St. John’s - scheduled time of arrival at connecting airport; proceed to your connecting gate - scheduled time of departure of flight to Dublin, Ireland

Day 2 – Tuesday, June 19- Arrive Dublin to Belfast B/D - adjust watches to local time on arrival - scheduled time of arrival at Dublin International Airport; proceed to the arrivals hall to collect

your luggage - meet your Irish Driver/Guide in the Arrivals hall at Dublin Airport and begin loading the coach - full Irish breakfast on route to Belfast - time permitting, stop for a visit at Newgrange (pending availability – visitors to this attraction

can experience delays as it is an extremely busy site with limited capacity) – this prehistoric monument, dating back over 5,000 years, is best known for the illumination of its interior chamber by the winter solstice sun.

this once troubled city and see the murals of the Loyalist Shankill Road & Nationalist Falls Road. Belfast was the only city in Ireland to experience the full force of the Industrial revolution. Linen, rope making, tobacco and most famously ship building including the building of the Titanic on the Harland & Wolff shipyard were the main industries. The Troubles took their toll on the economic life of Belfast but the past ten years of peace have returned much prosperity while the genuine friendliness of the city never left

columns extend from cliffs down into the sea. - visit the Old Bushmills Distillery, the oldest licensed distillery in the world for a whiskey tasting.

Its Grant to Distil was given in 1608 but it is believed that spirit was probably made here 200 years before that!

preserved in Europe and were completed in 1618 to defend the city from Gaelic chieftains in Donegal

- afternoon guided walking tour of the historic walls with a local Derry City guide. The city walls are up to 8 metres in height and in places are 9 metres wide. They were completed in 1618 and were never breached

Kinvarra - see The Burren (Gaelic for rocky land) and visit the dramatic 650ft Cliffs of Moher

Oratory. Explore the Gaelic speaking fishing port of Dingle, Slea Head and walk the Atlantic beaches of the Peninsula

- consider taking a stroll on Coomenoole Beach. This small but beautiful beach was used as one of the film locations for the filming of ''Ryan's Daughter''. It is the closest beach to Slea Head and has dramatic views. Please note: The currents here are extremely dangerous, and visitors should not enter the sea.

Day 9 – Tuesday, June 26 - Killarney & area B - breakfast included at the hotel - depart for the historic town of Kinsale - pass over the Cork/Kerry Mountains via the Irish speaking villages of Ballymakeery &

Ballyvourney to the old market town of Macroom, where you will see Macroom Castle, once home of Sir William Penn, whose son was later to found the state of Pennsylvania.

- visit to Charles Fort, this star shaped fort was built in the 1670’s by the English to protect Kinsale harbour against foreign naval forces.
