Question:
• Check the cardiac enzyme,coagulation profile etc• Rule out any broncoconstrion disease• General management– Bed rest– ECG monitoring– Oxygen therapy,aim O2 saturation>93%– Analgesia
• Sublingual GTN/morphine/IV GTN
• Thormoblytic therapy– Aspirin– Atreptokinase– GTN
