The Opportunity Recognition Workshop (ORW) takes you on a journey that will help you to look at your research from many different angles: the business creation, to societal impact and the value it creates for people and companies . It will broaden your horizon and will help you explore how your research can set the stage for breakthrough innovation in new products and services.

Whether you plan an academic career or a move to industry, you will need to understand how research can impact society, our economic system and the way people live. Entrepreneurial savvy is required when you write an application for new research funding at the university or will be key to the competitive position of your future employer by increasing its innovation capacity based on results from research.
