Once again, Grazia International Network’s bags were the most popular gadgets. Created exclusively for Fashion Week, the bag was given to all fashion insiders who, between fashion shows, could browse several of the complimentary copies of 16 international editions of Grazia included in the bag. Even Grazia Editors-in-chief and fashion directors had their pictures taken on the street with the coolest bag of the moment!

Milano Fashion Design, promoted by Mondadori Group with its magazines Grazia and Interni and with the endorsement of the city of Milan, returned during Milan Fashion Week. In Piazza Liberty, the new location designed by Michele De Lucchi and Matteo Vercelloni in the heart of the Milan shopping area, twenty fashion brands presented their latest collections to the city, in cooperation with Maybelline NY and L’Oréal Professionnel, which did the makeup and hair. Famous fashion brands such as ALV Andare lontano, Conbipel, Diegom, Eightsin, Il Gufo, Kokka, Luciano Soprani, Mabrun, Malloni, Naturino, Nenette, Paolo Casalini, Rifle, Swissies, Triumph, Woolrich and Yes Zee animated the heart of the city for five days and concluded on Sunday dedicated to childrenswear. For the first time, the Fashion Houses were joined by a section dedicated to clothes designed by new talents, the students of the Italian branches of Accademia del Lusso.

Milano Fashion Design

Grazia Italia signed an important contract with Olaz to present the cosmetic brand’s new product.The launch of the “Regenerist” cream was supported in the weekly magazine with tests for readers and the development of a related communication campaign through a partnership that lasted 6 months. What’s more, the campaign also included activities in the magazine, on the website grazia.it, and the final event: the opening of an Olaz temporary shop on the chic downtown Corso Garibaldi in Milan, with yoga lessons, facial exercises, and advice for healthy nutrition. It was a hit with the public: the special courses and appointments with Anatasia Achilleos, the brand’s ambassador and beauty expert, were already filled to capacity on the first day of registration.

Grazia France is once again a star of Paris Fashion Week! Using the fashion show format, girls dressed as pussycats took the stage of the Tuileries Gardens before the Lanvin show on Friday, September 30, to do the Grazia Cat..Walk! At the same time, copies of Grazia and cat-shaped Grazia balloons were handed out to the audience! The entire path from the entrance of the Tuileries to the subway stop was covered with fabulous “Catwalk by Grazia” tags to indicate the path, where the girls were standing. Meanwhile, two Fiat 500 displaying “Catwalk by Grazia” were placed at the disposal of fashion editors for transportation during Fashion Week. For Grazia’s next catwalk, readers could wait for Chanel’s show!

GRAZIA HITS LONDONFASHION WEEK

THE BIGGESTEVER ISSUE

The demand for advertising space in this issue was so great that there has been a waiting list for months. Plus, many brands also chose to advertise in other issues during the month, which meant that all September issues were bigger. Subscribers received a special edition Anna Dello Russo cover.A supporting trade marketing campaign followed in and around key London Fashion Week venues with follow-up consumer activity targeted at London commuters the following week. All were based on the now famous campaign slogan: ‘Have you got your Grazia?’

Grazia UK launched its biggest issue ever – its first bound edition. This London Fashion Week issue, which became a must for brands, is a true collector’s item. Grazia was at LFW, presenting its

Perfect Bound issue and a Grazia goody bag to guests attending the Peter Pilotto, Christopher Kane, Erdem and Burberry shows. Anna Dello Russo was photographed with the issue in which she is featured.

Once again, Grazia China was a protagonist of the New York and Milan Fashion Weeks, inviting Chinese celebrities Yang Mi and Huo Si Yan to the events this past September.This invitation was a joint promotion with two major cosmetic brands: respectively, Chanel for Yang Mi and Estee Lauder for Huo Si Yan. With Grazia China’s arrangement, the two celebrities attended the must-see fashion shows such as Fendi, Versace, Gucci, and DKNY.The project was extremely successful in terms of publicity and PR. It also caught the interest of readers and received remarkable responses and feedback on China’s No.1 micro blog, WEIBO.

The 4th edition of the PC Catwalk took place on Sunday, September 4, at PC Hooftstraat, the 5th Avenue of Holland!The spectacular fashion show, called The Accessories Exhibition, presented the latest fashion and accessory trends from all the high-end labels such as Prada, D&G, Etro, Replay, Karen Millen, MaxMara, and Iceberg. Meanwhile, the Creative Director of Style and Haircare Wella Professionals Jeffrey Janssen and his team showed the latest hair trends!What’s more, Grazia had its own fashion block with a selection of all participating brands, which was produced by Grazia Holland’s Fashion Director Cara Schiffelers.Grazia also organized many different activities. Once again this year, Grazia went

hunting for the most stylish girl and awarded her with a e 1000 shopping cheque and a hair makeover by Wella Professionals.New this year was the Scouting Best Reporter award, in cooperation with HTC. Readers, celebrities and bloggers were selected (20 in all) to be fashion reporters, and each got a brand-new HTC Chacha and a VIP front row seat.Using the HTC phone, favourite looks could be photographed and uploaded on the Grazia Facebook page.Before the event, a small shopping guide was included with newsstand sales featuring special offers from all participating shops in PC.More celebrities attended the event compared to the past and press coverage also increased.

Mango celebrated its 10th anniversary in Indonesia with many events! In collaboration with Grazia, Mango organized the “Women on Top” Award. GRaZIa Tenderness Map

In partnership with Milka chocolate, Grazia published a European survey about tenderness. The idea is to make readers think how often they express tenderness, if they are too afraid or stressed, and if there are stereotypes in the community.With this survey, Grazia Bulgaria identified behaviours in key countries and created a “Tenderness Map”, that reveals the most and least tender countries in Europe and focuses on Bulgaria. The report aims to promote greater awareness and provides a link to the ‘Dare to be Tender’ campaign concept.
