About DTM Department of Technology Management (DTM) is one of the best
functioning department under School of Mechanical Engineering (SMEC). The
School offers 4 undergraduate programs in Mechanical, Production &
Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Energy
Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Automotive
Engineering. In SMEC, VIT Industry Partnership Cell (VIT-IPC) has been
established to create strong ties between the industries and the institution to
explore various possibilities to work together in the areas of Engineering,
Science, and Management. DTM offers various management courses such as
Marketing Analytics, Research Methods for Management and Social Marketing
to UG/PG students of the university.
Conference Theme
The paradigm shift from disciplinary, interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary
research to trans-disciplinary research demands the production and use of
knowledge outside the academy. This conference provides an opportunity to

Submission Guide lines
The submission should include title, author, affiliation, email, abstract, key-
words, motivation / need/ purpose of the study, literature survey, methodol-
ogy and results.
A separate word document with author affiliation and a PDF version with-
out author and affiliation should be submitted.
The paper should conform to APA guidelines with Times New Roman font
and size of 12 using single line spacing, with a margin of one inch on all
sides.
The paper should not exceed 8,000 words including tables, appendices and
references.
Early submissions are highly appreciated. The abstract and full paper should
be mailed to the conference email id: [email protected]
Review Process
Blind peer review process will determine the papers to be included for
presentation at the conference and in the Journal
Paper Publication
The distinguished quality papers presented for the conference will be selected
for publication in Scopus indexed journals. (With additional payment)
Registration
The authors of accepted papers for presentation should register themselves for
the conference. Payment towards registration is non-refundable and
non-transferable. Registration fee includes certificate, conference kit and
lunch.
Travel And Accommodation
Participants shall be responsible for their own travel and accommodation
arrangement. For outstation participants accommodation will be arranged in
the institute guest house/hostel based on additional payment with prior request.
