    What are emotions and

    moods? Emotions are intense feelings that are directed at

    someone or something.

    Moods are feelings that tend to be less intense thatemotions and that often (not always) lack a stimuli.

    Emotions can turn into moods

    We show emotions towards something whereas moods

    arent directed at a person or event. State of your mood can also make you emotional

    towards an event
