Quantenchemische Berechnung der Reaktion des Ylids Me3PCH2 mit Formaldehyd.
Über den Kontaktkomplex TS1 bildet sich in einer konzertierten Reaktion das intermediäre Oxaphosphetan OP1 mit trigonal-bipyramidal koordiniertem Phosphor, dem Sauerstoff in der apikalen und dem Ylid-Kohlenstoff in äquatorialer Position. Es folgt Pseudorotation zum intermediären Oxaphosphetan OP2 mit dem Sauerstoff nun in äquatorialer und dem Ylid-Kohlenstoff in apikaler Position.
