The CSU Graduate Diploma in Organisational Coaching and Leadership gave me the opportunity to think deeply about the philosophies and evidence that underpin coaching, whilst also broadening my understanding of the management, leadership and ethical challenges faced by coaching clients. With the support of the CSU and IECL, I developed a deep understanding of contextual issues shaping Australia’s business and policy environments, along with high-level skills in a variety of coaching methods. As a result, my coaching practice is both more grounded and adaptive, ensuring that my coaching clients are optimally supported to attain their personal and professional potential.
