Timelines for beta 1

• First in the DB to start testing

• Final approvals in progress

• Recruitment to start in the next few days• Focus on Partners• Few Customers, need Oracle contact to be very engaged

• Beta start date first week April, will run for about 2 months

Words of wisdom for beta 1

• Testing of OWB on Oracle 10.2 DB only

• Single machine testing preferred

• Windows and Linux (32bit) is supported

• NO Upgrades• No updates of the software until beta 2, no patching either!• No upgrades of beta 1 repository to beta 2• No upgrade from 10.2 or 11.1 to beta 1• THINGS WILL CHANGE

• Internal audiences:• Testing only• No selling of futures - sell current software!!
