TEMPLATE CREATION

Navigate to US SUPER HRMS Responsiilty(or any global HRMS Responsibilty)In the above example I am using NL HRMS Manager(NL=Netherland)

To create the template Navigate----NL HRMS Manager----Security----Form ConfiguratorYou get the following screen

SS (i)When you Click on template code , list of templates appears as in SS(ii)

SS(ii)Here you can see the list of all templates for various Legislations, and then pick your legislation and copy the template as in SS(iii) Note: Here I am going to use Enter Employee Template and Maintain Employee Template.

SS(iii)Once you select your legislation template click on Copy button as in SS(IV)

SS(IV)

Once you click the copy button , you will then enter your template details as in SS(V)

SS (V)

Click OK and your template is created.

USE THE TEMPLATES IN RESPONSIBILITY:

1) Navigate to Security-Task Flow Definations-Create Task FlowNote: Beside the button some boxes are checked these are the ones which are going to be visible for users on templates for easy access. You can control this by sequence number and checked boxes. You will finf this buttons later when I navigate to this template.

2)Save the changes.3) Navigate to System Administrator---Application---Functionsa)Make sure your function looks similar except the Legislation(in this eg NL), User Function name is any text understandable.

b)Click on Form tab, make sure you enter Type=Form

c)Then click on Form Tab, make sure you give FORM-People Management and parameters. Here you have to be very careful when giving the parameters:Template name: Template Code while creating the templateWorkflow_Name: Task flow name we created while defining it in task flow definitions

d) Now we have created two templates Enter New Employee and Maintain New Employee

4) These functions need to be attached the menu.Navigate System AdministratorApplicationMenuNote: What ever prompt is given in the menu is going to be visible in application.(Here I have copied the seeded menu to custom menu i.e NL HRMS MAINTAIN TEMPLATES TO ALB NL HRMS MAINTAIN TEMPLATES)

Navigate to your responsibility and under templates you will find the templates you created.

Its almost the same template as the seeded one

Here is the business scenario, we should never modify the seeded template for that reason we create or own custom template to meet business scenario for example in this template,Business does not require Tabs for creating new employees.Scenario 1:1)Ethnicity 3)Tax Details 4)SI information 5) Other Information Scenario 2:a)In employee Details tab they does not require Suffixb)In further Details they do not require Prefix, student status, special Title,Work abroad exceeding 1 year and contract at other companyc) In the same tab Further Details they want to change the prompt of IZA Participant number to OZF.First we are going to Scenario 1 condition:1)Navigate to NL HRMS Manager ResponsibiltySecurity ----Forms Configurator2)Query the template you created.

2) Click on EditOnce you click on EDIT you will see the form as dia(i)

Dia(i)Drag the window at the back to right hand side as dia(ii)

3)Click on (+) sign next to enter new employees , you will see at first 2 more tabs Windows and Items as in Dia(iii)

Window reflects to tabs on the top of the template eg: employee details, further details, ethinicty, tax details.Items refers to the fields under the tabs.

3) Click on (+) windows ---(+)maintainance window---(+)Canvases----(+)maintain tabs---(+)tab pages .Under tab pages you see Page 1 , page 2, page 3 and when you click on page 1 , below you find the description of page 1 as in dia (iv)

Dia (iv)

Now we are going to remove Ethinicity, click on Page 3---below you see the description as Label Ethnicity and Visible----Yes, we just change visible to NO for our business requirement. As soon as you click no even without saving you will be seeing the template and correct there and then if you think you made a mistake , so I just click on visible to NO and my template is not showing tab Ethnicity as in dia (v)on right hand side. Ok I know I did the right thing an then I am gonna save it before closing the template.

Dia(v)

Similarly I am going to remove the tabs that does not meet my specifications as shown below to scenario(1) if I go back to responsibility ---click on template enter new employees I dont find the tabs as per scenario(1) as below dia(vi)

Dia(vi)

SCENARIO (2) Now navigating again to form configurator---query your templatenow instead of clicking on windows we click on items (+)----here you will find many columns underneath items , when you click each item its shos the description below and on right hand side where it is referring to and also page number as given below dia(vii) for example I need to remove suffixWhen I click on suffix , it gives a description below that this suffix refers to page 1, so again I go and set Visble to NO in dia(viii)

Dia(vii)

You notice that suffix is not invisible on the template

Next Scenarios was Renaming IZA number to OZF on further information Tab.Note as you found suffix under items, this might not be case with all fields on templates as this one.

Note: when you click on items there might be many tax fields or extra information which are referring to one of the fields on the template so when you click on one of the items below in the description scroll the arrow down till you find prompt. As I dont know which is TAX Field 95 referring to in below diag so I scroll down and when you see other diag beneath this one you find the prompt

According to business scenario here I change prompt text to OZA Participant Number

Here you see its changed..

End of session
