a. Employment: Check back with audience on who is still employed. Talk about fixed income. Fixed hours. Limited opportunities to obtain extra money to save. Only way to obtain more is to upgrade yourself i.e. Education/Certification/courses etc. May not be enough still. Average income earned in the country? After paying off the bills, how much is left to buy you your dreams? Even if it takes 30-40 years of savings, would it be enough? Furthermore, the employer is determining your income.

b. Self-Employed: To get more money, more time spend on your shop, Stall etc. end of the day, its limited to a certain profit.

c. Business: High Start up cost. Franchise business (eg. Mc Donald’s & KFC) can cost up to 1-2 million. High overheads to manage such as salary of employees, rental of space, warehouse/storage etc

d. Investment: High cost to start. Give example on Property investment. Need millions to obtain properties. Returns are not immediate and market dependent.

e. What will be our options then? Prepare to go into “21st Century Business slide”. We need to seek opinions from the experts. In life, there will always be opinions of three different people

i. Someone who hasn’t done anything yet will claim to know everything

ii. Someone who has done it but failed miserably

iii. Someone who has been there, done that and is successful.

5. Opportunity of the 21st Century a. Introduce Robert Kiyosaki by asking audience if they are familiar with

his successes. Share with audience on his accolades. Robert Kiyosaki is the author of the famous book “Rich Dad, Poor Dad”. He has made millions and wrote in his other highly acclaimed book that Network Marketing is the opportunity of the 21st Century.

b. Robert has said that this is the ONE opportunity that allows ordinary people to achieve extraordinary success. One where you can start ground up. * Over the past 60 years, Network Marketing has a proven track record worldwide producing millionaires.

7. Present the difference between Traditional Marketing and Network Marketing

a. How does one make the income in Network Marketing?

b. What does a network marketer do?

c. In order to answer those questions, we need to understand the traditional methods of marketing.

i. It starts off with the company having to ADVERTISE its products

ii. A distributing agent will pick it up and subsequently ADVERTISE for wholesalers.

iii. Wholesalers will now ADVERTISE to retail shops to buy the products.

iv. Once in retail, the retailers will further ADVERTISE to get customers to buy the products.

v. The big chunk of the money in traditional marketing is in the ADVERTISING.

d. Now lets look at Network Marketing. The company will produce the products but instead of advertising it to distributing agents/wholesalers/retail shop, it goes straight to people like us to the customers. There are no middlemen costing. The company is sharing the profit with us.

i. We are doing the ADVERTISING for the company through WORD OF MOUTH. Would you agree with me that Word of Mouth is the most powerful form of advertising? We do it every single day

1. Give example: Hand phone

2. Food outlets 3. Vehicles 4. Services such as Property Agents/Renovation

contractors etc ii. Prepare to go into next slide. So what does Network Marketing

offers in terms of profits? In terms of your income gains?

8. Explain the income gains of Network Marketing a. Explain what is Linear. Linear income basically means income will be

generated as long as we work and put in the required hours and job expectations. For example

i. Working 8 hours as a manager will earn you $3000. ii. You cannot earn more than $3000 unless if you get some form

of upgrade (certification/degree) Fixed hours iii. Fixed income

iv. Fixed retirement age

b. Explain what is Residual Income. Give example of authors/singers. The royalties earned will continually be generated as long as people are still listening to their songs, as long as their books are being sold in the bookstores.

c. Network marketing offers RESIDUAL INCOME. i. No fix hours ii. You decide how much you want

iii. You children can inherit this income

9. Reaffirm the experts’ opinion on Network Marketing.

a. Highlight Donald Trump statement that if his empire were to crash, he

will choose Network Marketing to rebuild his empire. b. Emphasize that this opportunity is the ONLY opportunity that allows

ordinary people to achieve an EXTRAORDINARY LIFE.
