St John’s Renfield Church Playgroup Open Access Statement

St John’s Renfield Church Playgroup wishes to assure parents/carers that the manager is always available to parents/carers at any time. Staff are happy to arrange to meet parents at a time that suits them out with playgroup hours if necessary Any staff records are available to all members of staff. Financial statements are available to all staff, parents/carers. Any records which are kept on the children are available for the parents/carers of the individual child to see at any time. Parents are able to visit playgroup at anytime and without prior notice to playleaders.

St John’s Renfield Church Playgroup Photograph Statement

Parents are asked when their child starts playgroup if they are willing for their child to be photographed. Individual children are not named in any photographs on display in the playroom. If parents are happy with the arrangement they sign a consent form giving permission for photographs to be taken.
