Services provided:

1) Salary & Benefits Survey - investigation of the Ukrainian market of compensatory policies for qualified professionals. The project is carried out annually since 1995. Annually 50-100 companies that do business in Ukraine take part in this project.The period of data collection: end of January - beginning of March. The issue date of the analytical collection is the 1-st of April.

• The cost of the ready-made Survey for

those companies who wish to buy a ready review without giving their company’s data is 1500 USD + cost of delivery.

• The cost of the ready-made

analytical analysis is 10% of the full price

2) Outplacement is the support service for dismissed and reduced personnel. Standard duration of the program is 12 weeks. The duration of the first stage is 2-4 weeks, of the second stage – 6-8 weeks. At the end of each stage the customer receives a report on the work done. For customers this is a possibility to apply a sparing method of personnel dismissing owing to observation of ethical standards in relationship with personnel, granting help for dismissed in finding a new job, prevention of dramatic labor productivity decrease of personnel remained, retaining company's positive image as of a socially responsible employer. If the customer would like to retain an opportunity to involve periodically the personnel dismissed, he might use the outstaffing service of "Ancor Leasing" Subsidiary. The cost of the service depends on the number of employees involved in the outplacement program.  

3) HR management consulting - consulting support and assistance to Human Resources managers, top managers in solving problems, concerning recruitment, adaptation, personnel development, working out of compensational policies, psychology of organization and many other issues in the field of staff management.

Costs and terms of the payment for the service

• Standard fee for the management recruitment is 25% of the annual base salary plus VAT before taxation.

• The second method of determining the amount of fees - a fixed fee.

• Usually we work on 50% prepayment basis for our services. The second installment of the contract sum is to be paid at the moment when the candidates start working in the customer's company.

• We are ready to discuss any kind of retaining (for instance, three -part installment -30/30/40) or exclusive conditions of recruitment order

• Traditionally we offer discounts for the "passing employment" (it happens sometimes that candidates, proposed on one vacant position, are so good, that an employer opens additional vacancy and hires two employees instead of one specified before)

Outstaffing Outstaffing - personnel withdrawal from company's staff.

Operating since 2000, "Ancor Leasing " Affiliate acts as a formal

employer for the customer's personnel:

• It finilizes with them work relationships, following all the norms of the Ukrainian legislation

• accounts and pays salaries, makes all necessary tax and social deductions

• administers business trips, concludes insurance agreements, provides with assets and administers connection services

Typical reasons for Customers’ applying for this service:

• legislative restrictions as for the company's staff number (for foreign Representative Offices, for instance)

• corporate headcount limits in this country or within certain business volumes in this country

• opportunity for the foreign company, starting its activity in the Ukrainian market, postpone the company’s status registration. For this it can enroll its employees in the outstaffing company to start doing some administrative and financial work

1. The Stage of recognition of the client’s requirements To make a decision that our services are necessary for your company, we suggest you to do a small self-testing, which you can also do online at www.interimconsulting.com.ua

2. The Stage of planning the service Time expenses for preparation of the individualized service – 1-2 months. During this period the client and the future provider pass a number of stages of joint activity, which purpose is to conceive an order to interim-managers most precisely.

3.The Stage of service rendering Interim-projects may proceed 3-36 months. Service performance is carried out according to the plan confirmed by the client and fixed by corresponding documents.

Payment for the rendered serviceThe client starts to pay for the hours worked of theinvolved managers since the moment of their input in the organization for realization of the profoundanalysis providing creation of the plan of necessary actions for realization of the interim-project. Calculation is made weekly on the basis of the signed certificate of the accepted works, dated last dayworks of the expert’s last week.Cost of the hour rate is influenced by the level of functional responsibility and qualification of the

involved expert. On the average the total sum is $60/hour.Discount policy. We are open to discuss discounts to our customers in case of purchaseof any other services that Group of companies «Alla Konyaeva & Partners» provides. Involving Interim-managers for the benefit of your company: • You buy the resources of expensive professionals, but their value is stated by the pre-agreed

hourly rate and the time of their stay in the project.• The customer does not bear expenses of taxes and social funds, there are no expenses for

recruiting services and staff support. • The provider offers the client report on the results of a primary diagnosis of problems in the
